LIVING CHURCH SESSION

Note change of date: Monday 1st June 2015, in the Loft, this is our last session, all are welcome to attend.

CHURCH CAR PARK

In order to keep costs down when constructing the new car park, the Finance Committee have agreed that the Parish will purchase all the materials i.e. stones, ducting, kerbs etc and seek to have the work carried out on a not for profit or voluntary basis. If you would like to help on this basis and can provide a particular service or skill such as excavation, laying pipes, setting manholes or kerbing please contact Aidan Kearney (07944809878) or Kevin Carey (07918739470) who will be managing the project.

ST VINCENT DE PAUL

Will hold their meeting in the Loft on Monday 25th at 8pm.

ST JOSEPHS YOUNG PRIESTS SOCIETY

Will pray the Rosary for Vocations to the Priesthood and Religious Life on Friday 29th at 6:40pm during exposition and prior to Mass at 7pm, they will then hold their monthly meeting in the Loft and wish to invite those present to participate.

THE LEGION OF MARY HOSTELS' COLLECTION MAY 30/31

The Legion of Mary is holding its annual collection in support of Morning Star House and Regina Coeli House which provide a home and shelter for the homeless. The hostels rely on the generosity of Parishioners to enable them to continue to provide this service on behalf of the Catholic community. In spite of the difficult financial circumstances faced by everyone at this time the hostels ask you to consider this worthwhile cause as worthy of your support.

AUGHNAHOY CEMETERY

Cemetery Sunday is on 28th June 2015.

Please ensure that bins at the Cemetery are filled with the correct type of rubbish for that Bin, the Council will not collect the Bins if they have the wrong waste types in them or are overfilled. It was noted that the Bins and the surrounding area were left in an untidy state recently. If the bins are full, please take your rubbish with you, do not dump beside the Bins or over the walls into Neighbouring property. Please ensure our Cemetery is kept tidy. Thank You.
